| 摘 要： | 老年医学是医学的一个分支，通过研究人类细胞衰老的机制，认识人体器官结构与功能老化性改变和老年疾病发生发展的规律，制定老年疾病综合性管理策略。近年来，以老年综合评估技术对老年综合征进行评估和干预的临床实践有力推动了老年医学的发展，通过对老年人群疾病状态、功能保存、生活质量和社会适应等诸多方面的综合评估，以此制定全方位综合性管理策略，以实现健康老龄化为最终目标。基于此，本文就细胞衰老的分子机制，衰老与老年性疾病及老年综合征等研究进展做一述评。

| Abstract: | Geriatrics is a branch of medicine. Through studying the mechanism of human cell aging, we can understand the changes in the structure and function of human organs and the law of the occurrence and development of geriatric diseases, and formulate comprehensive management strategies for geriatrics. In recent years, the clinical practice of evaluating and intervening in geriatric syndrome with comprehensive geriatric assessment technology for the elderly has strongly promoted the development of geriatrics. Through comprehensive assessment of the disease status, functional preservation, quality of life and social adaptation of the elderly, we will formulate a comprehensive management strategy with the ultimate goal of achieving healthy aging. |
