温经通脉汤治疗动脉硬化闭塞症40例疗效观察

目的观察温经通脉汤治疗动脉硬化闭塞证的临床疗效。方法将80例动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为2组。治疗组40例采用温经通脉汤,水煎服,每日1剂,同时采用中药水煎熏洗治疗,每日1次。对照组40例采用阿司匹林75mg,每日1次口服;妥拉苏林50mg,每日3次口服,同时采用中药水煎熏洗(同治疗组)。2组均14日为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。每个疗程开始前及结束后均做下肢彩色多谱勒超声、凝血系列、肝肾功能等项检查,判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为82.5%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论温经通脉汤治疗动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著,优于西药抗凝、调脂治疗。

Clinical observation for 40 cases of arteriosclerosis oblitersans treated by Wenjingtongmai decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Wenjingtongmai decoction on arteriosclerosis oblitersans. Methods 80 patients with arteriosclerosis oblitersans were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Wenjingtongmai decoction, decocted in water for oral dose, one dose daily, combined with smoking and watering with the decoction. The other 40 patients in control group were treated by taking aspirin (75mg,once a day) and tolazoline (50 mg,three times a day),combined with smoking and watering with the decoction ,with a treatment course of 14 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were observed after three treatment courses. The changes of color Dopller ultrasound in lower extremities,coagulation state,hepatorenal function were observed before and after treatment for both groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 82.5%, which was 50.0% in control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.01). Conclusion Wenjingtongmai decoction is effective in treating arteriosclerosis oblitersans.
