摘    要:观察甲状腺功能亢进症治疗前后血浆内皮素水平的变化。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定45例Graves病患者治疗前后及25例健康人的血浆ET-1水平。

Abstract:Objective: The purpose of this study is to research into the levels change of endothelin in plasma before and aftertreatment in patients with Graves discase. Methods: 45 cases of patient with Graves disease before and after treatment had measured their endothelin in plasma by RIA, and simutaneously had measured FT3, FT4,TT3, TT4 in serum, and 25cases of health persons as controls. Results: The ET-1 levels of patient with Graves disease were notably higher than the health controls(P<0.001),and ET- 1 levels after treatment has marked decreased than that before treatment (P < 0.001),but is yet higher than the controls (P<0.001). The result of statistical .analysis shown both ET-1 levels in plasma and the FT3,FT4, TT3, TT4, in serum had a positive significant correlation. Conclusion: The endothelin in p;asma may play role in the changes of the pathophysiology of Graves disease. Therefore, the measurement of endothelin levels in plasma can be as a indication to differentiatethe severity of clinical manifestation in patients with Graves disease. Adn the therapy of endothelin antigen may become a newtherapy method to cure Graves disease.
