急性白血病骨髓MRI诊断价值

目的 探讨MRI对急性白血病的诊断价值。方法 选择经临床确诊为急性白血病但未经治疗患者21例、化疗缓解组16例，对照组30例，进行腰骶椎和骨盆等部位的MRI检查。分析急性白血病治疗前后骨髓的MRI表现。结果 急性白血病治疗前组21例，骨髓T1信号降低，T2信号变化不明显。化疗缓解组16例表现为T1信号不同程度的增高。结论 急性白血病骨髓MRI具有一定的特征性，对估计病情、评价疗效及避免多次重复骨穿等有一定意义。

The value of MRI in the diagnosis of acute leukemia

Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of acute leukemia. Methods 21 cases of clinically diagnosed and untreated acute leukemia group, 16 cases of chemotherapy remission group and 30 cases of control group were enrolled and preformed MRI on lumbosaeral spine and pelvis. Results In 21 cases of acute group, the signal intensity declined in T1 bone marrow signal and T2 signal had no significant changing. In 16 cases of chemotherapy remission group, the T1 signal intensified on various degree. Conclusions MRI is valuable for acute leukemia on diagnosis and effect evaluation, with which repeated bone marrow puncture can be avoided.
