老年2型糖尿病并高血压患者血浆内皮素和一氧化氮水平及临床意义

目的 :探讨老年 2型糖尿病 (2TDM)并高血压 (HT)患者血浆内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)的变化及与血压的关系。方法 :患者分为两组 ,2TDM并HT组 (H组 ) 6 8例 ,2TDM组 (N组 ) 6 2例。采用放免法检测血浆ET ,比色法检测NO。结果 :H组患者血浆ET水平明显高于N组患者 (P <0 0 1) ,NO明显低于N组患者 (P <0 0 1) ,ET与NO呈显著负相关 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :老年 2TDM并HT患者存在着严重的内皮细胞功能损害 ,提示ET和NO的检测对DM患者血管病变的观察、治疗及估计预后有一定的参考价值

The levels of endothelin and nitric oxide in aged patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus and hypertension and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the concentrations of endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) with blood pressure in aged patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus (2TDM) and hypertension(HT) Methods:The subjects were divided into two groups,68 patients with 2TDM and HT(H group),62 patients with 2TDM,non-hypertension(N group) The level of plasma ET and serum NO were measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) and colorimetric method Results:The level of plasma ET in H group was significantly higher than that in N group (P<0 01) and the level of serum NO was significantly lower than that in N group (P<0 01),ET was negtively correlated with NO(P<0 01) Conclusion:Patients with 2TDM and HT has a serious vascular endothelial dysfunction,it suggests that plasma ET and serum NO might take part in vascular pathophysiologic process in DM,and they might served as one of index to assess the treatment and prognosis of DM
