| 摘 要： | 肿瘤转移抑制基因能抑制肿瘤细胞的转移,由于肿瘤转移抑制基因的突变或缺失,从而导致肿瘤的浸润和转移。与大肠癌有关的肿瘤转移抑制基因有nm23、KAI1、E-钙黏素基因、p16、Tip30/CC3、DPC4/SMAD4等。它们在大肠癌中的低表达可能会导致癌组织发生浸润和转移,提示患者预后不良。因此,它们可能成为判断大肠癌的生物学行为及预后的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Tumor metastasis suppressor gene can inhibit the metastasis of tumor cells,mutations or deletions of this kind of genes can lead to tumor invasion and metastasis. Colorectal cancer-related tumor metastasis suppressor genes include nm23, KAI1, E-cadherin gene, p16 ,Tip30/CC3 and DPCA/ SM AD4, etc. Low expression of these genes in colorectal cancer may lead to the invasion and metastasis of cancer,which provide tips of poor prognosis. Thus, these genes may beeome important indicators to determine the biological behavior and the prognosis of colorectal cancer. |
