施图伦滴眼液中化学成分的LC-MS/MS法鉴定

摘    要:目的 建立LC-MS/MS法,对施图伦滴眼液中化学成分进行鉴定。方法 采用HPLC-MS/MS法对各色谱峰进行质谱分析,结合对照品以及水解试验,并参考文献确认各成分。结果 确认了15个成分,其中包括七叶亭苷和14个洋地黄强心苷类成分。结论 该方法快速、灵敏,可为施图伦滴眼液的质量控制及稳定性研究提供依据,为洋地黄化学成分进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To establish an LC-MS/MS method for identification of chemical constituents in Augentropfen Stulln Mono. Methods By using HPLC-MS/MS, reference substances, and hydrolysis test, the ingredients were identified according to their molecular weight. Results Fifteen components were identified including esculin and fourteen digitalis cardiac glycosides. Conclusion This method is rapid, sensitive and could be used in quality control and stability study of the product.
