软枣猕猴桃的化学成分和药理活性研究进展

软枣猕猴桃为猕猴桃科猕猴桃属多年生落叶藤本植物，在我国东北三省的分布最为广泛。其果实、根、茎叶均可入药，具有抗肿瘤、抗辐射、提高免疫功能等药理活性。研究表明，软枣猕猴桃全株含有挥发油、三萜、黄酮、多糖等化学成分。综述了近年来从软枣猕猴桃果实、根、茎叶中分离到的挥发油类、三萜类、黄酮类等化学成分，及其肿瘤抑制、抗辐射、提高免疫功能、抗衰老、治疗过敏性皮炎、抗哮喘等药理活性，为进一步开发利用该药用植物资源提供理论依据。

Advances in research on chemical constituents of Actinidia arguta and their pharmacological activities

Actinidia arguta belonging to Actinidiaceae, Actinidia Lindl. is perennial defoliation vine plant. It is most widely distributed in the Three Provinces in Northeast of China. All the fruit, root, and stem leaf of A. arguta can be used as medicine, with pharmacological activities of anti-tumour, radioresistance, improving immunity, and so on. The researches indicate that whole plant of A. arguta contains volatile oil, triterpenoids, flavonoid, polysaccharide, etc. In this paper, it provides a summarizing of chemical composition such as volatile oil, triterpenoids, flavonoid extracted from A. arguta for the past few years and pharmacological activities of A. arguta including anti-tumour, radioresistance, improving immunity, anti-aging, curing allergic dermatitis, anti-asthma, etc. The survey offers theoretical basis to the further exploiture and use of A. arguta.
