| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肋软骨骨折的临床诊断方法。方法对5l例胸部外伤临床拟诊肋软骨骨折患者同时行X-ray胸片检查；MSCT（multistoryspiralCT，MSCT）容积扫描和图像后处理，进行VR（volumerendering，VR）、MIP（maximumintensityprojection，MIP）、MPR（multi．planarreformation，MPR）三维重建及CPR（curedplanarreformation，CPR）曲面重建；高频超声检查；并对肋软骨骨折在三种检查方法中的检出率用Fisher确切概率法检验。结果X．ray胸片未发现1例肋软骨骨折；MSCT三维重建发现8例，25处肋软骨骨折；高频超声发现5例，17处肋软骨骨折；MSCT三维重建肋软骨骨折检出率高于高频超声检查和胸片检查，P〈0．05。结论MSCT三维重建是诊断肋软骨骨折的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic method of costobrachial fracture.Methods 51 cases with doubtful costobrachial fracture in thoracic injury were photographed with DR in norrnotopia and solidus;scanned with MSCT and used VR,MIP,MPR,as well as CPR; They were inspected with high-frequency ultrasound; all data were statistical treated with SPSS 11.5.Results No case with costobrachial fracture was found in sternum inspection; 8 cases with 25 places costobrachial fracture were diagnosed in MSCT inspection; 5 cases with 17 places costobrachial fracture were diagnosed in high-frequency inspection.Conclusion MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction is the best method of diagnosis costobrachial fracture. |
