| 摘 要： | 本文对８４例风湿性心瓣膜病患者心肌超微结构进行了观察，心肌超微结构损害程度达Ⅰ级２７例、Ⅱ级２０例、Ⅲ级１７例。经直线相关分析，心肌超微结构改变与病程、心衰史、心房纤颤有显著正相关关系，与ＮＹＨＡ心功能分级无相关性。作者认为，ＮＹＨＡ心功能分级尚不能反映心肌超微结构损害程度。风湿性心瓣膜病病人出现心衰、心房纤颤，且靠强心利尿剂维持心脏代偿功能，提示心肌已有明显病理损害表现，应及早手术治疗。

| Abstract: | In this expariment, the myocardial ultrastructural changes of rheumatic valvular heart disease were observed.Among the 84 cases, there were 27 cases with class I of damage of myocardial ultrastructural changes, 20 cases with class 11 and 17 cases with class III. The statistical analysis showed that the myocardial ultrastructural changes were correlated significantly with clinic course, heart failure and atrial fibrillation, but have not relationship with class of NYHA cardiae function. The early surgical intervention is indicated when a patient presents w th heart failure, atrial fibrillation or requires of diuretic therapy,in which a severe pathologic damage of myocardium occurred. |
