金双歧思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻的临床观察

目的：探究金双歧思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻.方法：对照组给予常规治疗措施,观察组在对照组给药基础上给予金双歧联合思密达治疗.结果：观察组给药后总有效率97.62%,明显高于对照组78.57%,两组差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05.观察组给药后,大便有异常、发热、呕吐、腹痛等体征发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P〈0.05.两组均无明显毒副反应,治疗前后无血液系统和肝肾功能损害.结论：金双歧联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻疗效确切,平衡肠道环境,稳定肠道微生态,同时毒副作用少,值得临床应用与推广.

Jinshuangi Smecta the clinical observation that the treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective：To explore the Jinshuangqi Smectite up associated with the treatment of children with diarrhea. Methods The control group received conventional treatment and observation group in the administration on the basis of the control group to give Jinshuangqi joint Smecta treat- ment. Result： The observation group administration the total efficiency of 97.62 ~, significantly higher than 78.57 ~/~, the difference was statistically significant （P~0.05）. After administration of the observation group, stool abnormalities, fever, vomiting, abdominal pain and signs were significantly lower than the control group,a statistically significant difference （P~0.05）. There were no obvious toxicity,blood system and liver and kidney dys- function before and after treatment. Conclusion：Jolnt Jinshuangqi think Smectite treatment of infantile diarrhea efficacy and balance the intestinal en- vironment, stable gut microflora,while side effects are less worthy of clinical application and promotion.
