循证护理在双胎分娩过程中的应用及效果评价

目的：探讨循证护理在双胎分娩过程中的应用效果.方法：将2009年4月~2012年3月在我院无剖宫产指征的双胎待产产妇108例,随机分为观察组和对照组各54例,在孕妇进入待产室后采用循证护理评估技术与方法,由专人进行产程的评估、指导与监测.对照组应用常规助产技术.观察两组产妇分娩时间,分娩方式,产后出血量,新生儿窒息情况.结果：观察组与对照组比较：减轻焦虑和宫缩痛,增强产妇分娩信心,第1、2、3产程缩短（P〈0.05）.减少产后出血,降低难产发生率和新生儿窒息率（P〈0.05）.结论：运用循证护理理念可降低双胎分娩母婴并发症,促进自然分娩,提高产科质量.

Evidence based nursing in twin delivery in the application process and effect evaluation

Objective：To investigate evidence--based nursing＇s application effect in didymous delivery process. Methods： 108 cases of didymous pregnant maternal without indication of cesarean section in April 2009 -March 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control, group with 54 cases in each group, when the pregnant women enter into l.abor room,adopted the evidence--based nursing assessment techniques and methods,the birth process assessment, guidance and monitoring were processed by special personnel. 28 cases as trial group, trial group use the routine midwifery. Observed the two groups delivery time, mode of delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia, coverage and satisfaction of health education. Result：the observation group compared with trial group： reduce anxiety and pain of childbirth Uterine contractions, strengthen the confidence,the 1,2,3 birth process is shorten （ P〈0. 05）. reduce postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the incidence of dystocia and neonatal asphyxia rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the use of evidence--based nursing philosophy can reduce the complications of mothers and infants,pro- mote natural delivery,improve the quality of obstetric.
