运动疗法配合火针治疗膝骨性关节炎效果观察

目的：观察运动疗法配合火针治疗对减轻膝关节疼痛、改善膝关节活动功能的效果。方法：将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为实验组33例和对照组27例，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予膝关节运动疗法配合火针治疗，每天1次，对照组给予常规治疗，3个疗程后观察膝关节疼痛及膝关节活动情况。结果：观察组疼痛缓解较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；膝关节活动功能改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的显效率、好转率、总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：膝关节运动疗法配合火针治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著，方法简单易于掌握。

Effect Observation of Exercise Therapy Combined with HuoZhen Treatment Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：Observe the effect of exercise therapy combined with H uoZhen treatment with knee pain and improvement knee functional activities. Methods：60 patients with knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into the experimental group（38easees） and control group （27cases）, the observation group adopted on routine treatment to the knee, added exercise therapy treatment combied with HuoZhen, once a day,the control group to conventional therapy,observation knee pain and knee joint activities after 3 courses. Result：the observation group pain relief than the control group obvious,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; Knee functional improvement activities is much better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; The observation group of significant efficiency, the recovery, the total effective rate were significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistieally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the exercise therapy combined with HuoZhen treatment with knee ostcoarthritis,the curative effect is distinct,this method is simple and easy to master.
