老年原发性高血压室性心律失常、心肌缺血与动态血压相关性分析

目的：探讨老年原发性高血压病人室性心律失常及无症状性心肌缺血与血压变化之间的关系.方法：对88例老年原发性高血压病人进行动态血压和动态心电图同步监测,并分6个时段研究.结果：室性心律失常和心肌缺血的发生与血压变化密切相关（r=0.71,0.76,P〈0.01）.结论：老年原发性高血压病人血压升高是导致室性心律失常和心肌缺血的重要因素.

Elderly patients with essential hypertension ventricular arrhythmias,myocardial ischemia and ambulatory blood pressure

Objective：Elderly patients with primary hypertension discussed entricular arrhythmias and asymptomatic myocardial ischemia and the relationship between blood pressure changes. Methods： 88 eases of elderly patients with primary hypertension dynamic blood pressure and dynamic e- lectrocardiogram synchronous monitoring,and 6 a time study. Result： Ventrleular arrhythmia and myocardial ischemla occurrence and blood pressure change closely related（ r= 0.71,0.7 6, P~0.01）. Conclusion： Elderly patients with primary hypertens{on is to increase 5lood pressure entricular ar- rhythmias and myocardial ischemla of important factor.
