老年糖尿病患者并发脑梗死临床分析

目的：探讨老年患者糖尿病并脑梗死的临床特点。方法：将150脑梗死患者分为治疗组及时照组,治疗组65例为糖尿病并脑梗死患者,对照组85例为非糖尿病的脑梗死患者,对两组治疗结果进行比较分析。结果：与非糖尿病性脑梗死患者相比,糖尿病并脑梗死的预后比较差,好转率较低。结论：在治疗糖尿病并脑梗死患者中,血糖的控制尤为重要,有效控制患者的血糖,有助于患者脑梗死疾病的治疗与预后。

Elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction analysis

Objective：Explore the clinical features of elderly patients with diabetes and cerebral infarction. Methods ：150 cerebral infarction patients were divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group, 65 cases of diabetes and cerebral infarction patients, control group 85 cases of non--diabetic patients with cerebral infarction, a comparative analysis of two groups of treatment outcome. Result：Compared with non--diabetic pa- tients with cerebral infarction,diabetes and cerebral infarction prognosis is relatively poor,the improvement rate is lower. Conclusion：In the treatment of diabetes and patients with cerebral infarction,blood sugar control is particularly important, effective control of blood glucose, and contribute to disease treatment and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
