视网膜色素上皮细胞在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变中的作用

摘    要:增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)是在炎症和免疫功能细胞及多种活化因子对眼内细胞修复反应的调控过程中,由于过度促进细胞增殖、移行以及由细胞介导的胶原收缩而形成的。参与PVR的细胞目前已知的有5种,其中视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)细胞是最主要的,本文将影响RPE细胞功能的各种影响因素及PVR的治疗进展作一综述。

Abstract:Proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) is caused by excessive proliferation of and migration of cells as well as contraction of collagen. This takes place when inflammatory cells, immunity cells and various active factors participate in the modulation of intraocular cell repair. Among the 5 kinds of cells involved in PVR, retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cell is the most important. This paper reviews the factors related to RPE cell function and treatment of PVR.
