HPLC测定紫金烧伤膏中大黄素和大黄酚的含量

目的：建立紫金烧伤膏中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC）Diamomsil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）柱，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸（80：20）为流动相，检测波长254nm。结果：大黄素在20～200μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999，n=6），平均回收率为99．56％；大黄酚在100—1000μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1。n=6），平均回收率为98．49％。结论：本方法操作简便、可靠、重现性好，专属性强，可作为紫金烧伤膏的内在质量控制方法。

Determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Zijin Shaoshang Ointment by HPLC

Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Zijin Shaoshang ointment. Methods： The chromatographic column was Diamomsil C18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）, and the UV detection wave length was at 254 nm. A mixture of 0.1% of phosphate in water and methanol （80： 20） was used as the mobile phase. Results： the amounts of emodin from 20 μg to 200 μshowed a good linearity, and the average recovery was 99.56 % ; the amount of chrysophanol between100 μg and 1000 μg showed a good linearity too, and the average recovery was 103.1%. Conclusion： This method is fast, reliable and accurate to determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Zijin Shaoshang ointment and may be used for examination of the quality of Zijin Shaoshang ointment.
