住院精神分裂症患者治疗前后甲状腺功能观察

目的　探讨抗精神病药物治疗对精神分裂症患者甲状腺功能的影响。方法　以精神药物治疗前后作自身对照 ,观测精神分裂症患者血清甲状腺激素水平 ,并分析其变化的相关因素。结果　除FT4治疗后下降外 ,T3、T4、FT3、TSH和TBG均较治疗前升高。其中仅TSH有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5)。单因素方差分析 (ANOVA)结果表明女性治疗前T3明显高于男性 (F1,10 6= 5.46;P <0 .0 5) ,治疗后女性甲状腺结合球蛋白 (TBG)明显高于男性 (F1,10 5 =6.2 5;P <0 .0 5)。首次住院病人疗前TBG明显低于反复住院者 (F1,10 5 ) =6.66;P <0 .0 1)。结论　精神分裂症患者治疗后TSH水平升高有可能与服用抗精神病药有关。T3 (疗前 )和TBG(疗后 )存在性别差异

Observation of Thyroid Function in Hosp italized Schizophrenic Patients before and after Treatnent

Objective To study the influence of anti-psychotic d rugs to thyroid functions in schizophrenic patients. Methods S ubjects were 108 self-controlled (pre-treatment and post-treatment) schizophr enic patients under the treatment of psychotic drugs. Serum levels of thyroid ho rmone were measured at the points of pre-treatment and post-treatment in the p atients. The related factors that caused change of serum levels were analyzed. Results Except for the reduction of FT4 in the post-treatment, the T3, T4, FT3, TSH and TBG in the post-treatment were all higher than those values before treatment. Among them, only TSH had significant difference ( P < 0.05). One-way ANOVA showed that T3 in female patients before treatment was sig nificantly higher than that in the male patients (F=5.46, P <0.05). Meanwhil e, TBG in female patients after treatment was significantly higher than that in male patients (F=6.25, P <0 05). First-admitted patients had lower TBG tha n recurrent patients (F=6.66, P <0.01). Conclusion It is ind icated that higher TSH after treatment in the schizophrenic patients might be re lated to the anti-psychotic drugs. T3 (pre-treatment) and TBG (post-treatment ) had gender differences.
