| 摘 要： | 目的观察岩舒注射液联合顺铂治疗癌性胸水的疗效。方法将80例癌性胸水患者随机分为两组A组（40例）、B组（40例）给予A组患者岩舒注射液20ml、顺铂30mg分别注入胸腔：B组顺铂60mg注入胸腔。结果A组CR24例PR10例NC6例,B组CR10例PR18例NC12例,A组薄副反应发生率低于B组。结论岩舒注射液联合顺铂治疗癌性胸水较单药顺铂治疗效果明显,毒副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Yanshu injection combined cisplatin in treating malignant hydrothorax. Methods 80 cases with malignant hydrothorax were randomly divided into 40 cases of A group and 40 cases of B group. Yanshu 20ml and cisplatin 30mg were injected into thorax for A group and cisplatin 60mg was injected into thorax for B group. Results There were 24 cases of CR, 10 cases of PR and 6 cases of NC in a group and 10 cases of CR, 18 eases of PR and 12 cases of NC in B group. The incidence of side effect and toxicity in group A was obviously lower than that of group B. Conclusions Yanshu injection combined cisplatin in treating malignant hydrothorax？ has obvious efficacy with little side effect and toxicity. |
