| 摘 要： | 目的调查糖尿病高危人群中代谢综合征的患病率以及中医证候学特点。方法以IDF制定的代谢综合征诊断标准为依据,对上海市卢湾区4个街道的805名糖尿病高危人群进行筛查,并采取问卷调查的形式进行中医证候学研究。结果代谢综合征发病率为31.43%,显著高于普通人群;其糖尿病及糖调节受损的发病率显著高于非代谢综合征患者。其中医证候学特点表现为本虚标实,本虚以气虚、阴虚为主,多累及心、肝、肾;标实以血瘀、燥热为主;不同性别其证候特点明显不同,女性的阴虚、血虚证明显较男性为多。结论代谢综合征患者是糖尿病的极高危人群,中医药干预治疗应针对其本虚标实的特点,益气养阴、清热活血是主要治则。

| Abstract: | To study the morbidity and Chinese medical pattern characteristics of metabolic syndrone in high-risk diabetics,805 subjects were surveyed.It is found that 31.34% diabetics suffered from metabolic syndrone,which is characterized by qi and yin deficiency of the heart,blood stasis and dry heat. |
