| 摘 要： | 目的探讨过氧化氧化还原蛋白1(PRDX1)在结直肠癌组织及远处正常组织中的表达情况及其与患者临床病理资料间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学对32例结直肠癌组织及相应的远处正常组织中PRDX1的表达情况进行检测,随机抽取8例标本采用蛋白质印迹的方法进行验证;将PRDX1的表达情况与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移等临床病理资料进行统计学分析。结果免疫组织化学显示,PRDX1蛋白主要表达于细胞质,在结直肠癌远处正常组织中的表达(15.63%,5/32)与结直肠癌组织中(65.63%,21/32)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。蛋白质印迹的验证结果与免疫组织化学结果一致。PRDX1蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄间无明显相关性(P>0.05),然而PRDX1蛋白的表达与Ⅲ期结直肠癌患者或者有淋巴结转移的患者之间有明显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论 PRDX1在结直肠癌组织中高表达,可能参与了肿瘤的进展,检测其表达情况在结直肠癌的诊治中可能具有一定的作用。
