| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同介入法治疗123例肝癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析123例肝癌患者的临床资料,其中41例采取肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)治疗(A组),42例采取高能超声聚焦刀(HIFU)治疗(B组),40例采取TACE联合HIFU治疗(C组),比较3组患者介入治疗效果。结果 C组肿瘤完全反应率、血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)变化,以及介入治疗后1、3年存活率明显高于A、B组(P<0.05);A、B组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TACE联合HIFU治疗肝癌,疗效显著,可提高患者短期生存率,是肝癌非手术治疗的理想方式。
