证结构研究的方法学思考

文章对近年关于证结构研究的部分观点提出新的思考:①证的结构无"显"与"隐"之分,病的机与证也不是本质与现象的关系;②将证"分解"为"证素"、"机素"、"机元"等"最小单元",是由逻辑学错误产生的伪概念;③中医不应丢掉辨证谈"体质";中医证结构包括"体质","中医体质分类"实际上只是几种常见证的列举。

Ponderation of the methodology of syndrome structure study

In this article,we put forward some new views of syndrome structure study methods: ①The structure of syndrome is neither dominant nor recessive.And the relationship of mechanism and syndrome of disease are different from that of essence and phenomenon.②It is logically wrong to breaking syndrome into ’syndrome factor’,’mechanism factor’ or ’jiyuan’ and any other ’minimum unit’.These concepts are all false concept;③We cannot study constitution without pattern identification in Chinese tradition Medicine practice.Constitution is an integral part of the syndrome structure of the Traditional Chinese Medicine.Actually,the classification of the Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution is just enumeration of ordinary syndrome.
