| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the result of transurethral plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate(PKEP)for the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 263 patients with BPH were performed by utilizing with the PKEP using the gyrus plasma kinetic system.Results The operation was completed in all of the 263 cases,the operation time ranged from 35-165 min(mean,74 min),and the blood loss was 50-600 ml(mean,176 ml).The resected prostate tissues weighed 15-115 g(mean,44.7g).No case needed blood tr... |
