超临界CO2流体萃取与水蒸气蒸馏法提取箭秆风挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:比较超临界CO2流体萃取和水蒸气蒸馏法所提箭秆风挥发油化学成分差异。方法:运用GC-MS对箭秆风挥发油成分进行分析,用气相色谱峰面积归一化法测定各成分的相对含量。结果:超临界CO2流体萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定出26种成分,水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定出33个成分,两者共有成分5个。结论:两种方法提取的挥发油成分相差较大。

Abstract:Objective: To compare the chemical constituents of volatile oils from stachyoides between supercritical CO2 extraction(SCE-CO2) and steam distillation(SD).Methods: The chemical constituents of volatile oils obtained by two methods were analyzed by GC-MS.Results: 26 compounds in the volatile oil extracted by SCE-CO2 and 33 compounds in the volatile oil extracted by SD were separated and identified separately.There were 5 same components.Conclusion: The chemical constituents obtained by SCE-CO2 and SD are not...
