摘    要:目的了解桂林市细菌性食物中毒发生的规律和流行特点,为预防和处理食物中毒事故提供科学依据。方法对桂林市2008-2010年发生的细菌性食物中毒资料进行统计,从食物中毒发生的时间、检出食源性致病菌情况进行整理分析。结果 2008-2010年桂林市共发生疑似细菌性食物中毒事件24起,以4-10月为高发期;主要致病菌是致泻大肠埃希氏菌,占检出致病菌的41.67%;肛拭子样品检出率最高达30.07%。结论桂林市细菌性食物中毒的发生有着明显的旅游时段及季节性分布特点,卫生监督部门更应在食物中毒高发季节和旅游旺季里加强对饮食和食品行业的卫生督查和监管。
