| 摘 要： | 目的探讨美金刚联合尼莫地平对高龄老年中重度血管性痴呆患者认知功能和行为能力的疗效及安全性。方法将50例高龄老年血管性痴呆患者,简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)分数介于7至20之间,随机分为3个组,在治疗前和治疗12周后进行MMSE、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)和临床痴呆评定量表(CDR)的评分并比较三组的评分结果,同时观察不良反应。结果单用美金刚治疗组治疗后MMSE评分为(18.7±4.5)分,ADL评分为(30.7±11.5)分,较对照组[分别为(15.9±4.6)分和(34.9±11.8)分]有显著改善(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗后MMSE评分为(21.2±3.9)分,ADL评分为(26.5±10.6)分,较单用美金刚治疗组有显著改善(P<0.05),三组不良反应发生率差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美金刚能有效改善高龄老年中重度血管性痴呆患者的认知功能及日常生活能力,与尼莫地平联合治疗效果更好,并有较高的安全性。
