| 摘 要： | 目的 评价美罗培南治疗肺部感染中的痰病原学变化.方法 回顾性观察本院呼吸内科2010年出院的使用美罗培南治疗肺部感染患者的痰病原学变化.结果 美罗培南清除的痰病原包括铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、洋葱伯克霍尔德氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等；未能清除的痰病原有铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、分支杆菌、金...
