| 摘 要： | 目的:观察十一方药酒皮肤用药对家兔的长期毒性。方法:24只家兔,随机分为4组,连续皮肤用药28d,每日观察记录其一般情况。停药后随机取2/3动物进行血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数和病理组织学检查。剩余动物停药观察14d。结果:高、中、低3种剂量对家兔体质量变化、血液学及血液生化学指标、主要脏器系数和组织病理学无影响。对皮肤组织病理有轻度炎症细胞改变,停药14d皮肤病理改变可恢复。未观察到有延迟性毒性反应。结论:实验结果提示十一方药酒临床外用1周以内较安全。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the long-term toxicity of Eleven Formula Medicinal Liquid(EFNL) on rabbits.Method: Twenty-four rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups treated with EFNL for 28 days.The general conditions of rabbits were observed every day.The hematological,blood biochemical,pathological examination and so on were conducted at 28 days after treatment or at 14 days after stopping administration.Result: There were no impact on weight,hematological,blood-biochemistry,organ coefficient and histopatholo... |
