摘    要:慢性病成为威胁人类健康的主导,社区是慢性病防治的主阵地,中医药进社区适合慢性病防控的需求。在进入社区后,可分类对老年人进行监控,根据不同人群的特点选择中医药社区适宜技术。痴呆已经成为威胁全人类健康重大慢性病,病程漫长,病情逐渐加重,尚无确切有效的干预手段。在转化医学理论指导下,将防治重心前移,早发现、早诊断、早干预,成为延缓疾病进程、提高生活质量、减少病死率的有效措施。进行社区健康教育,提高认知障碍的知晓率。推广运用自我辨识系统及专业筛查系统,建立血管源性认知障碍社区中医药分层防治体系。推广运用血管源性轻度认知障碍中医综合干预社区适宜技术,推进中医药进社区。

Abstract:Chronic disease has become the main threat to health.The community is the key zones for chronic disease prevention and control.The use of Chinese medicine meets the needs of chronic diseases prevention and control.It is possible to satisfy different requirement selecting appropriate TCM techniques according to characteristics of different group.Dementia has becoming a major chronic disease threatening the human health severely as its long course,gradually worsening and lack of exactly effective intervention...
