| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人肾母细胞瘤(adult Wilms’tumor,AWT)的临床诊断、鉴别及治疗。方法结合文献回顾性分析3例AWT的临床特点、病理资料与诊治情况。结果 3例均行手术治疗,术后辅以化疗,随访1～4年,仍生存。结论 AWT术前与其他肾脏恶性肿瘤不易鉴别。治疗上首选手术切除肿瘤,术后根据病理分期辅以放疗和化疗,可明显提高治愈率并改善其预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment for adult Wilms' tumor.Methods Clinical data of 3 cases of adult Wilms' tumor were analysed retrospectively and literatures were reviewed.Results All patients were treated by surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Followed up 1-4 years,3 patients are alive.Conclusion Adult nephroblastoma is difficult to identify from other renal malignant neoplasms.Surgery is recommended for all patients.Radiotherapy and chemotherapy can significantly improve the cu... |
