| 摘 要： | 目的:观察整脊调曲结合寰枢端转手法治疗寰枢关节错位疗效,并与单纯寰枢端转手法复位寰枢关节错位对照组进行对比。方法:将185例患者随机分为整脊调曲结合寰枢端转手法复位组(治疗组)95例整脊调曲结合寰枢端转手法复位,单纯寰枢端转手法复位组(对照组)90例单纯寰枢端转手法复位。结果:两组比较,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:治疗组较对照组疗效好,治愈率高。
