血清抑制素B在男性不育症诊断中的应用研究

目的探讨不育男性血清抑制素B测定的临床价值。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测少精子症组（A组，51例）、梗阻性无精子症组（B组，45例）、非梗阻性无精子症组（C组，44例）及正常对照组（D组，85例）血清抑制素B（INHB）浓度。结果A、B、C、D组INHB浓度分别为（109．9±47．61）pg／ml、（171．7±56．36）pg／ml、（57．32±15．56）pg／ml及（164．58±47．93）pg／ml。与D组相比，A组、C组血清INHB浓度明显降低（尸〈O．01）；B组与D组的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。与B组相比，C组血清INHB浓度显著低下（P〈O．01）。结论血清抑制素B测定可用于评价男性不育病人的生精功能，也是鉴别梗阻性和非梗阻性无精子症的一项重要指标。

Applicable value of serum inhibin B in infertile men

Objective To study the diagnostic value of serum inhibin B in infertile men.Methods There were 51 oligospermia,45 obstructive and 44 nonobstructive azoospermia infertile men selected as the study group(group A,B,C) and 85 health men as the control group(group D).The levels of serum inhibin B(INHB)were measured by ELISA.Results The levels of serum INHB were(109.9±47.61)pg/ml,(171.7±56.36)pg/ml,(57.32±15.56)pg/ml and(164.58±47.93) pg/ml in group A,B,C,D,respectively.Group A and C had significantly lower levels of serum INHB than group D(P<0.01).There was no significant statistical differences in Group B and C(P>0.05).Group C had significantly lower level of serum INHB than group B(P<0.01).Conclusion The determination of INHB in males can be used to assess the spermatogenesis of infertile men.It is also an important marker of azoospermatism differential diagnosis.
