| 摘 要： | 目的研究成人和青少年固定正畸患者在矫治过程中牙周状况的不同。方法选取青少年和成年正畸各30例,并选取30例健康者做阴性对照,取流行病学代表牙位11、16、26、31、364、6,比较患者口内的牙周情况和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的量。结果青少年组牙周情况如菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、探诊出血、牙周探诊深度、平均附着丧失都高于成年患者,而且两组均明显高于对照组,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);成人组龈沟液内MMP-2和MMP-9都明显高于健康组而低于青少年组(P<0.05)。结论固定正畸治疗患者牙周状况较健康者差,而青少年患者的牙周病变情况比成人患者严重,应引起临床正畸医生的重视。
