| 摘 要： | 目的观察帕瑞昔布钠在直肠癌患者术后镇痛的临床疗效和不良反应。方法将全麻下行直肠癌根治术患者180例随机分为帕瑞昔布钠组和对照组,每组90例,双盲对照观察。手术结束前30min帕瑞昔布钠组患者静脉注射帕瑞昔布钠40mg,对照组静脉注射生理盐水2mL;术后6、12、24、48h观察视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、不良反应发生情况和患者满意度。结果帕瑞昔布钠组术后6、12、24、48hVAS评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌术后短期应用帕瑞昔布钠镇痛,可为患者提供良好的镇痛效果。
