| 摘 要： | <正>老年人是我国基层医疗卫生机构重点服务对象,老年人健康管理是基本公共卫生服务重要内容之一。2009年成都市制定《成都市城乡基层医疗卫生机构基本公共卫生服务绩效考核标准》,对城乡基层医疗卫生机构开展老年人管理的数量、方式以及效果进行了明确要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To learn the community-based management status of for elder population in Chengdu and provide evidence for policy making.Methods Eight community health centers and eight village town health center were selected in the survey with stratified random cluster sampling.Results 64.4% elders accepted health management in community.34.3% elders took physical examination in last year and 94.2% of them were satisfied for health service.Conclusion Physical examination for elders should be strengthened. |
