摘    要:目的:对艾滋病中医证候规律进行研究,探讨艾滋病发病机制,为临床和实验研究提供依据。方法:检索相关文献,以证为中心对文献进行提取。建立Excel数据表,并对提取数据进行统计分析。结果:艾滋病所涉及的证型、证素和症状数据显示艾滋病临床证候以虚证为多,分布较为分散;病位集中在脾、肺、肾、胃、心、肌肤和肝等脏腑;病性集中在气虚、火(热)、湿、阴虚、毒、痰、血瘀、阳虚等方面;艾滋病常见症状为发热、神疲乏力、腹泻、脉细、消瘦、食欲减退等30项。Logistic回归分析结果进一步揭示了艾滋病证候所涉及的证素和证候之间存在的内在联系。结论:艾滋病文献中证候的规律和特点反映了其本虚标实、阴阳失调、虚实夹杂的基本病机,提示艾滋病发病具有正气亏虚、邪毒入侵、脏腑受损、瘀血阻络、湿热内蕴等病理机制。
