| 摘 要： | 目的探讨眼动脱敏与再加工技术(EMDR)对儿童灾后应激反应的疗效。方法将地震后应激反应明显的68名受灾儿童,随机均分为两组,一组采用集体心理治疗(对照组),另一组采用EM-DR技术治疗(研究组),疗程均为2周,每周治疗3次,均于治疗前及治疗2周后采用自制的地震后儿童心理应激反应症状量表进行评定。结果两组治疗后各症状频度均较治疗前明显下降;研究组与震灾有关的所有12个症状治疗后下降频度均高于对照组(P<0.05),以闪回、房屋摇晃感及恐惧为著。结论 EMDR技术治疗儿童灾后应激反应疗效较好,尤其对闪回、房屋摇晃感及恐惧症状治疗效果更明显。
