| 摘 要： | 目的总结和分析168例经输尿管镜钬激光治疗后尿道狭窄的疗效。方法经输尿管镜至狭窄处尿道,采用钬激光切开狭窄处尿道,留置尿管2～4周。拔除尿管后观察排尿情况,比较治疗前、后最大尿流率、平均尿流率及残余尿量,尿道造影了解尿道通畅情况。结果术后患者排尿困难明显改善,最大尿流率和平均尿流率均明显提高,残余尿量明显减少,尿道造影显示术后患者尿道狭窄明显改善。结论输尿管镜下钬激光内切开治疗尿道狭窄效果良好,值得临床推广应用。
