| 摘 要： | 肺主宣发肃降的生理特点、肺系病升降失常的病机表现以及归肺经药物在肺系病证治疗中所表现出来的药性趋向,决定了中药升降浮沉药性理论对肺系疾病治疗具有重要的指导意义。"肺失宣肃"是肺纤维化发生的病机关键,结合麻黄、五味子调节肺气升降的临床应用,提出肺系病临证用药需重视升降浮沉药性理论,灵活选用麻黄、五味子治疗肺纤维化。
