| 摘 要： | 文章介绍汪受传教授治疗小儿肺系疾病的临床经验。汪教授提出,反复呼吸道感染患儿营卫失和者常用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤加减,以调和营卫,肺脾气虚者常用玉屏风散合异功散加减,以补肺理脾;支气管哮喘治从祛风化痰、固本御风,哮喘发作时当祛风化痰、宣肃肺气,哮喘缓解期应补益肺脾肾之气血阴阳,最终固本以御风;热、郁、痰、瘀为小儿病毒性肺炎的主要病理要素,病毒性肺炎当治从清热解郁涤痰化瘀。
