| 摘 要： | 文章就季节性情感障碍(SAD)的中医发病机制进行了理论探讨。认为"四时之肝"对SAD的发病具有"生物钟"作用。在SAD的季节性发病和缓解的四时,"四时之肝"的作用如同一个循环无端的"生物钟",遵循着生、长、收、藏的"S曲线"变化规律。SAD的发病是"四时之肝"的"生物钟"调节紊乱的结果。根据四时阴阳消长规律,校正肝脏"生物钟"的四时节律曲线,对于临床防治SAD将提供新的启迪。

| Abstract: | The article discusses the TCM pathogenesis of Seasonal Affective Disorder(SAD) from theoretical aspects.The authors consider that 'Seasonal Liver' shows the 'Biological Clock' role to SAD.During the four seasons,SAD appears or be relieved with seasons' changing.'Seasonal Liver' shows the role just like a circulatory and unprovoked 'Biological Clock'.It changes according to the S curve of spring's germinal,summer's growing,autumn's convergence.The attack of SAD is the result of 'Biological Clock' adjustment ... |
