| 摘 要： | 李振华教授擅长治疗内科杂病。尤其对脾胃病的治疗,创出"脾宜健,肝宜疏,胃宜和"的九字法治疗原则,形成了以脾胃学说为指导的系统独特的学术思想。李教授认为中焦脾胃的功能状态与中风病的发生及其病机演变密切相关,并且以下4个方面均能导致中风的发生,即:脾伤失运,痰浊内生;脾胃亏虚,正气不足;肝脾失调,化生内风;枢机不利,气血逆乱。所以在中风病的治疗过程中,亦应重视健脾化痰,疏肝解郁,和胃通腑之法的应用。
