| 摘 要： | 目的:观察半夏泻心汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠模型血浆P物质(SP)和胃窦组织降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:以FD大鼠为实验对象,应用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定血浆中SP含量,并用免疫组化技术检测大鼠胃窦组织CGRP的水平。结果:①各组大鼠胃窦黏膜均未见明显损伤。②与正常组相比,模型组血浆SP和胃窦组织CGRP水平升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,给药组大鼠血浆SP和胃窦组织CGRP水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤具有促进胃排空和降低内脏敏感性的作用。这可能是其治疗功能性消化不良的机制之一。
