| 摘 要： | 目的:通过研究围绝经期抑郁症患者抑郁症状评分及性激素水平的变化,探讨五行音乐及中药的疗效。方法:90例轻、中度围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为中药治疗组(A组)、五行音乐治疗组(B组)和五行音乐合中药治疗组(C组),每组30例,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行抑郁症状评价,电化学方法检测各组血卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)值。结果:经治疗后,各组HAMD评分均有明显的下降(P<0.01),以C组最明显,且C组抑郁症状改善的总有效例数也显著高于B组(P<0.05);性激素指标比较,A、C两组FSH值较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),C组E2值较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:在服用中药的基础上加用五行音乐疗法,既能调节围绝经期抑郁症患者的性激素水平,同时可以更好的改善抑郁症状。
