4岁儿童对四川Ⅰ型脊髓灰质炎野病毒的免疫水平观察

目的 了解已口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗（OPV）基础免疫的儿童在加强免疫前后对四川Ⅰ型脊髓灰质炎野病毒的免疫水平，指导预防、控制乃至消灭脊灰策略的制定。方法 微量中和试验。结果 80名4岁儿童加强免疫前对Sabin1、Mahoney、四川株的阳性率分别为98.8%、93.8%、73.8% ，GMT分别为256.0、49.8、9.9，免后的阴性率分别为98.8%、98.8%、82.5%，GMT分别为415.9、177.9、25.6。结论 4岁儿童加强免疫后的阳性率和GMT均有明显的提高，加强服苗对四川Ⅰ型脊灰病毒是有效的。因此，强化免疫对预防、控制、消灭脊灰是行之有效且十分必要的手段。

Antibody Level Against Sichuan Type I Polio Virus in 4-Year-old Children With OPV

objective To find out immunization station on sichuan type I poliovirus after supplementary immunization.Methods Microtitration neutralization.Results 80 sera were detected.pre-OPV administration seropsitive rates were 98 8%,93 8% and 73 8%,GMT 256 0,49 8,9 9,respectively,Post-OPV administration seropsitive rates 415 9,177 9,25 6,respectively,for the 3 type of strain(sabin I mahoney and Quxian /12/90).Conclusions Post-OPV administration antibody level against Sichuan poliovirus strain and seropostive rate increased significantly,therefore OPV was effective for Sichuan type I poliovirus.and supplementary immunization was essential.to the prevention,control and eradication of polio.
