| 摘 要： | 目的研究bax和bcl-2蛋白表达在睾丸肿瘤发生发展中的作用。方法应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光技术检测56例睾丸肿瘤bax和bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果bax阳性48例(85.7%),bcl-2阳性40例(71.4%);bax和bcl-2蛋白表达与肿瘤的病理类型、临床分期和淋巴结转移无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论bax和bcl-2蛋白的异常表达尚不能成为睾丸肿瘤发生发展的预后参数。 |

Quantitative study of bax,bcl- 2 protein expression in testicular neoplasms |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of bax and bcl 2 expression in the development of testicular neoplusms. Methods The bax and bcl 2 protein expression were quantitatively determined using flow cytometry and cellular immunofluorescence technique in paraffin embedded tissues from 56 cases of germ cell testicular tumors. Results The positive protein expression of bax and bcl 2 were 85 7%(48/56) and 71 4%(40/56), respectively. bax and bcl 2 protein expression were not correlated with the pathological type, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P >0 05 ) . Conclusions Bax and bcl 2 protein abnormal expression can not served as parameter for the prognosis of testicular neoplasms. |
