黛力新治疗无Hp感染消化性溃疡临床观察

目的：评价合并抗抑郁药黛力新治疗无Hp感染消化性溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法：将90例无Hp感染消化性溃疡伴有抑郁焦虑症状患者随机分为：传统治疗组，传统治疗＋黛力新组。疗程均为8周。传统治疗组据个体化原则应用传统药物；传统治疗＋黛力新组，用黛力新21mg／d，入组者治疗前后进行焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）测评。入组前及第8周末均行胃镜检查。结果：两组患者SAS自评量表分和SDS量表评分均较治疗前下降，但加用黛力新组消化性溃疡的治愈率为90．3％，SDS量表评分达常模有效率为85．0％，高于传统治疗组的62．5％和12．5％，差异有显著性；治疗中黛力新未出现明显不良反应。结论：心理卫生问题是导致消化性溃疡发病的重要因素；合并抗抑郁药黛力新治疗无Hp感染消化性溃疡的疗效显著；使用黛力新治疗是安全的。

Effects of deanxit on peptic ulcer without Hp infection

Objective:To evaluate the effects of antidepressants Deanxit on peptic ulcer without Hp infection and its safety. Methods: Ninety cases of peptic ulcer without Hp infection accompanied by depression and anxiety were divided randomly into traditional therapy group and traditional therapy plus Deanxit group, and were given traditional medication and traditional medication combined with Deanxit for respectively. All the patients were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and gastroscope examination before and after the treatment, averaged 8 weeks.Results: After the treatment, both SAS and SDS scores of all patients decreased. However, the traditional therapy plus Deanxit group has significant higher cure rate of peptic ulcer (90.3%) and depression (85%) than the traditional therapy group with an ratio of 90.3% V.S. 62.5% and 85% V.S. 62.5%. No obvious adverse reaction of Deanxit was observed. Conclusion: Psychological disorder is an important cuse of peptic ulcer. It's effective and safe to treat peptic ulcer without HP infection with combination of traditional therapy and Deanxit.
