兔再生肝提取物对骨髓作用机理探讨

兔再生肝提取物（ＲＲＬＥ）中含一种对骨髓明显影响的造血因子，通过给正常小鼠体内注射ＲＲＬＥ，１天后骨髓幼稚血细胞减少，同时外周血和脾红髓内出现稚血细胞，取第２天脾细胞培养，ＣＦＵ－Ｓ明显增加，为混合性克隆形成单位，第４天后骨髓活跃增殖，产生许多以Ｇ－ＣＦＵ为主的骨髓细胞，网织ＲＢＣ与ＷＢＣ有意义升高，上述结果提示ＲＲＬＥ中含与其它造血因子不同的细胞因子。

EFFECT OF RABBIT REGENERATED LIVER EXTRACT ON BONE MARROW

Extract from regenerated liver of rabbit contained a special factor,which may exert acertain effect on hemopoiesis of bone marrow in normal Balb/c mice. There was a significant de-crease in number of premature cells in bone marrow,one day after injection of this extract,togeth-er with an increase of these prematured cells in the peripheral blood and red pulp of the spleen atthe same time. The splenic cells were taken for culture 2 days after injection,a mark increase innumber of splenic cells were seen and the cells were a mixture of several types. 4 days after injec-tion,the cells in the bone marrow,chiefly the granular cells,multiplied actively,and also the retic-ular cells and white blood cells. The result indicates that the factor in the regenerated liver extractis different from other hemopoietic factors.
