Sjoegren综合征46例临床分析

Sjoegren综合征（SS）好发于女性，由于较多患者早期症状不典型，可无口眼干燥，无腮腺肿大，往往导致漏诊误诊，少数SS以某一系统损害为突出表现，或以肝脾肿大，高球蛋白血症而干扰诊断，唾液腺，泪腺功能检查、腮腺造影、下唇唇腺活检是必不可少的诊断方法。本文对原发性SS的诊断，SS系统性损害的诊断及合并其他自身免疫病的诊断进行了初步的讨论。

Sjogren's syndrome (SS) is more common in female.Being lack of dryness in mouth and eyes,parotid gland swelling in early stage of majority patients,SS would be misdiagnosed.In a few cases,it may prominently manifest damage only in some system,such as liver and spleen enlargement,hyperglobulinemia etc,so that it would interfere the diagnosis.Examining function of salivary and lacrimal gland or sialography as well as lower lip biopsy is necessary for the diagnosis.In this article,we discussed primarily about 1.the diagnosis of the primary form of SS; 2.the diagnosis of systemic damages in SS; 3.the diagnosis of SS complicating other autoimmune disease.
